Since the green cake is turned over 90° in the process, the longitudinal cutting is completed in the form of horizontal cutting, and the green cake will not be turned back after cutting. Therefore, the green cake is still stacked one by one during autoclave curing, and when using the sand as raw materials, it is easy to cause adhesion. At this time, it is necessary to use a finished product breaker.

The mobile grouping spreader is one of the indispensable equipment in the aerated block production line. During the production process, the mold box is transferred from the tracks of the pre-curing room to the cutting guide rail, and the cut blank enters the autoclave. Move on the grouping guide rail, move the steaming trolley and mold side plate to the carriage return line after exiting the kettle.

Overturning demoulding spreader. The overturning demoulding spreader is one of the main equipment in the blank cutting section of the aerated concrete production line. It is installed on the blank conveying mechanism. The lifting and overturning power of the spreader is provided by the hydraulic station. With the tool, the body cake (with mold, side plate) is turned 90 degrees in the air, hung on the cutting table or cutting trolley, and the mold frame is removed, and the body cake can be cut.

The transportation of finished products mainly relies on the movement of the chain machine to realize the transportation of finished products.

The above-mentioned supporting equipment for the aerated block production line was purchased by a customer in Guiyang, Guizhou, from our company in October this year. It is mainly used for the transformation of the old equipment of the original aerated production line on the customer site. The contract equipment was delivered in early November.
